About This Opportunity

This permanent position involves working closely with the Senior Development Manager to deliver projects that meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction. A proactive self-starter with strong commercial acumen is essential for this role, which requires preparing briefs, managing designs, planning marketing strategies, procuring materials, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need tertiary-qualified professional in Development, Finance, Planning, Property, Economics, or a related field, with expertise in land development, medium-density residential built form, and master-planned residential development delivery. A proactive self-starter with strong commercial acumen is essential for this role, which involves working closely with the Senior Development Manager.
