The Site Master Planner & Scheduler is responsible for developing a site enterprise plan to satisfy customer demand while carrying minimum effective inventory. The Site Master Planner & Scheduler is responsible for providing the site with a production plan consistent with the plant capacity and sales forecast. The Site Master Planner & Scheduler is responsible for determining the desired inventory levels to meet both service and inventory targets. The sales forecasts, new business opportunities, customer expectations, and internal supply constraints will be used to develop production plans. Strong collaboration with the Business Managers, Material Supply Management, Operations, Sales, Customer Service and Management is critical to this role.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serves as a primary point of contact for and liaison with sales, logistics, and production departments.- Serves as a site expert in the MRP/ERP system- Collaborates with these departments to establish schedules and plans that allocate available resources to best serve client or customer needs.- Periodically compares current and anticipated orders with available inventory of raw materials; uses judgment to anticipate demand for and to acquire additional supplies as needed.- Negotiates with outside supply vendors; ensures accurate and timely delivery of orders.- Integrates sales orders with master schedule; coordinates availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and staff as needed to meet delivery dates.- Maintains master distribution schedule for the assigned facility; revises as needed and alerts appropriate staff of schedule changes or delays.- Participates in periodic forecasting meetings with sales, marketing, and other related departments; leads additional planning meetings with sales, production, shipping, purchasing, and customer service staff.- Performs other related duties including report up to SLT as required

Your Skills & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field required.- At least five years of related experience required.- Technical manufacturing and supply chain background- Have detailed knowledge of manufacturing planning, master production scheduling, inventory control, materials requirements planning, capacity requirements planning shop floor control and warehousinge- Strong experience with MRP / ERP systems- Strong analytical skills- IT Literate- High level of professionalism, ethics, quality of work, communication and responsiveness at all times- Positive, 'can-do' attitude, energetic, embraces and 'lives' PCI's Vision and Values- Analytical thinker and solution finder/problem solver- Collaborative Leader and team player- Objective and robust decision maker- Self-confident and self-respectful- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication- Self-motivated, achievement and outcomes orientated- Trusting and trustworthy- Conscientious and diligent- Positively embraces and is responsive to change
