Job Summary:

The primary role of this position is to assist in the development and management of rail and coach passenger timetables, ensuring they meet operational, regulatory, and performance requirements.

About the Role:

  • Develop master timetables for rail and coach services, incorporating feedback and meeting operational and regulatory requirements.
  • Combine modelling outputs, scope, and performance requirements to build operationally sound, passenger-focused rail timetables.
  • Administer the master timetable and fleet plan and evaluate its operation using advanced analytical techniques.
  • Provide input and support for the development and implementation of changes to the timetable and/or fleet plan.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage rail and coach timetables
  • Combine data to create operationally sound timetables
  • Evaluate the operation of the master timetable and fleet plan
  • Provide input on changes to the timetable and/or fleet plan

Requirements:
