About This Role

The National Demand Planning Manager position involves creating, reviewing, and signing off on sales forecasts for IBR and ARC. The role requires working with multiple sources of data to create accurate sales estimates that drive supply and purchase planning decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain supply chain master data in SIC and APO systems to support transactional, planning, and reporting processes.
  • Execute statistical sales forecasting functionality and continually improve its application in APO DP to optimize forecast accuracy.
  • Work with SAP APO users and experts across the organization to share knowledge and best practices.
  • Create statistical sales forecasts in the SAP APO tool, ensuring modeling represents historical data.
  • Recommend adjustments to improve forecast accuracy and provide accompanying context.
Required Skills & Qualifications

We are seeking a candidate who can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders to drive alignment and implement sustainable demand planning processes. The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or Science, and demonstrated experience leading the Demand Planning function within a complex distribution and manufacturing organization.
