Job Description

This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering phone calls, maintaining meeting rooms, managing the reception inbox, and providing administrative support to various departments. The successful candidate will also assist the events team and manage incoming and outgoing mail.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of meeting rooms.
  • Oversee and respond to emails in the reception inbox.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments.
  • Assist in coordinating events, working closely with the events team.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.
Requirements

The successful candidate will have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, be proactive and a team player. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills and ideally have a background in administrative roles. Proficiency in basic office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM are highly desirable.
