Administrative Support for High-Profile Work

We are seeking a highly organised and communicative Receptionist/Office Assistant to ensure the smooth operation of our reception area. As the front face of the Lowy Institute, you will play a vital role in maintaining a positive first impression for our visitors.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills with strong attention to detail, be proactive and a team player. They will have strong communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively with various Institute departments.

About the Role
  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring a professional atmosphere.
  • Manage incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately.
  • Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of meeting rooms.
  • Oversee and respond to emails in the reception inbox.
  • Provide administrative support to various Institute departments.
  • Assist in coordinating events, working closely with the events team.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail.

$65,000 - $70,000 + Super
