About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our Marine Team as a Cruise Attendant. This is a unique opportunity to work on products, ensuring each guest has an unforgettable experience.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist guests while prioritizing their experience and safety
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage services
  • Conduct safety briefings and presentations
  • Maintain stock control and perform daily reconciliations of consumables
  • Uphold vessel housekeeping and cleanliness
About You:

The ideal candidate will be genuine, personable and capable of demonstrating hospitality to the highest standards. They should be physically fit to work in a demanding environment, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.


Requirements:
  • Strong guest service skills and experience
  • Reliable, self-motivated and proactive
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to high standards
  • Intermediate to advanced swimming abilities
  • Ability to work within a team environment
  • Hospitality qualifications and previous marine experience highly regarded
  • Shipboard Safety certification or higher
  • QLD Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
  • QLD Working with Children's Check (Blue Card)
  • National Police Check
  • Provide First Aid, CPR and Advanced Oxygen Therapy certification
  • Bronze Medallion and crowd management certificates are highly regarded
