Job Description

The primary role of the Senior Sales Operations Analyst is to provide strategic support to sales leaders, focusing on operational excellence and go-to-market planning.

Responsibilities include providing timely sales analytics, forecasting, and sales results, as well as owning business inspections and implementing corrective actions.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide detailed sales analytics and insights, including weekly pipeline analysis and sales forecasting.
  • Own business inspections, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Model and implement sales territories and quota setting.
  • Identify operational issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to design solutions that improve business processes.
  • Ensure system integrity in Salesforce and make recommendations for enhancements to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Provide operational support, including troubleshooting sales systems and providing information, guidance, and training to staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA or equivalent a plus.
  • Proven experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Clari, Salesforce (Sales Cloud), Excel, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience with sales analytics, forecasting, pipeline management, and territory/quota planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience supporting senior sales leadership with reporting, business reviews, and strategic planning.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
