Senior Grants Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced professional to administer the full life cycle of grants and funding programs. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of research excellence.
The successful candidate will play a key role in reviewing and recommending reports and variations for approval, providing support to grantees, and ensuring any reporting requirements to external funders are met.
This role involves working collaboratively with others in a geographically dispersed team to ensure the annual portfolio cycle runs smoothly. You will also contribute to portfolio-level activities, including preparation of newsletters and developing web content.
Requirements- Relevant experience providing high-level administrative support in a dynamic office environment.
- Significant experience in administering funding and/or grants schemes, and/or demonstrated experience in research management and governance.
- Strong communication skills across diverse stakeholders and the ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
