Job Description:

Grants and Administration Officer

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful outcomes for current and former serving Australian Defence Force members and their families living in South Australia.

The Grants and Administration Officer will provide day-to-day support to the wider team, working closely with key stakeholders to deliver timely and professional grant funding and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing grant programs and processing accounts/invoices received using Basware system
  • Providing administrative support to team members, including records management, printing, and collating documents
  • Coordinating and administering Veterans SA's grant programs
