Role Description:

This position encompasses casual loading. The intended assignment duration is up to June 30, 2025, with a potential 12-month extension.

  • Hourly Compensation: $55.30 per hour, including superannuation (casual loading)
  • Work Hours: Monday to Friday, regular business hours
  • Location: Currie St, Adelaide
  • Working Arrangements: Flexibility available once training is completed

Role Overview:

The State Network Branch is part of the Community Grants Hub's service delivery arm. This team partners with government and non-government organizations to further the Department's mission to improve individual and family wellbeing in Australian communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage regularly with funded organizations to ensure programs are delivered according to grant agreements.
  2. Build relationships with stakeholders, including not-for-profit sectors, governments, research bodies, and peak representative organizations.
  3. Gather local intelligence on program delivery to inform policy development and program re-design.
  4. Assess and monitor funded organization performance against agreed objectives and outcomes.
  5. Address poor performance or non-compliance with supervisor input to achieve policy and program outcomes.
  6. Document and escalate issues that may impact funded organization ability to achieve policy or program outcomes.
  7. Stay informed about relevant program guidelines, legislation, and policy frameworks.

Requirements:

  • Experience in grants or assessments is ideal.
  • Ability to summarize assessment analysis.
