We are seeking a Project Operations Specialist to oversee day-to-day operations of a busy Fire Service Business.

About the Role

As a Project Operations Specialist, you will work closely with the Senior Supervisor and Operations Manager to manage all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of service delivery, overseeing Testers and Service Technicians, and liaising direct with key clients on projects valued between $20k to $200k.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion;
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve issues and address concerns;
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of project progress, including test results, maintenance logs, and certifications;
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity;
  • Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, industry awareness, and Australian Standards relevant to Routine Testing, Inspecting, and Repairs of Fire and Emergency Systems.
