Project Operations Specialist

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting project activities and ensuring successful project delivery.
Main Responsibilities:- Standardization and Compliance: Adhere to established standards and processes using documented procedures (SOPs) for 100% compliance.
- Utilization and Billability: Achieve a high level of utilization (at least 90%) to optimize resource allocation.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the team on ongoing initiatives to enhance efficiency, including automation.
- Quality and Improvement Tasks: Complete assigned tasks monthly to drive quality enhancements.
- Booking Status Monitoring: Regularly check booking status to ensure timely financial processing.
- A degree in business, construction, facility management, or a related field is highly desirable.
- No less than three years' experience in project operations/management is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and knowledge of SAP or similar financial systems are essential.
- The ability to work effectively within a team environment, prioritize tasks, and manage time efficiently is crucial.
- An attention to detail and persistence in resolving issues are vital.
- Self-sufficiency and a fast learning ability are expected.
