Job Title: Senior Project Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Operations Specialist to support a major digital transformation program. The successful candidate will provide critical program support and ensure seamless delivery across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, complex environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development and management of detailed project plans with the Program Manager and stream leads.
  • Monitor program performance and prepare progress reports highlighting key risks, issues, and overall program health.
  • Manage and maintain the RAID (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) register, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Capture and distribute minutes and actions from Steering Group and program meetings.
  • Coordinate logistics for key workshops, including scheduling, invitations, and preparation.

Requirements:
  • 5+ years of proven experience supporting large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
  • Strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Experience with SAP Financials is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
