We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Internal Sales Officer to join our team in Queensland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound phone calls, customer service, and administration activities within QLD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products to current and future clients
- Provide technical advice and information to customers
- Work closely with State and Product Managers to develop strategies for promoting the company's products
- Ensure customer concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, resolving queries efficiently and professionally
- Prepare quotations for customers, considering technical requirements, costs, and delivery timelines
- Liaise with Key Account Manager and State Sales Manager for major customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
- Experience in automotive, trucking, transport, or spare parts industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
