Job Purpose

As a Technical Specialist Manager, you will be a key leader in driving technical decisions at the customer level, helping them achieve business value with the Microsoft Platform. You will oversee a team of Senior Subject Matter Experts who work closely with Enterprise Customers, leveraging your expertise to deliver long-term sustainable growth for Microsoft.

  • You will orchestrate team resources, ensuring seamless collaboration and maximizing impact on customer engagements.">
  • You will coach your team to learn advanced sales methodologies and connect Microsoft solutions to customer business needs, enabling them to grow partner networks and drive cross-workload capacity planning.">
  • You will lead high-impact solution sales deployments, delivering digital transformation and business value to customers, while mentoring/coaching team members on growing knowledge on sales or products.">
  • You will participate in strategic planning, guiding teams in identifying potential business opportunities, overseeing end-to-end business operations across ANZ, and completing required training and certifications.">

Requirements

  • ">
  • 7+ years of technology-related sales, account management experience, including engaging and managing relationships with CXO-level stakeholders.">
  • Demonstrated experience growing market share, meeting sales targets, and collaborating with partners for optimal business results.">
  • Industry qualifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or similar.">
