**Role Overview:**

The Chief Cybersecurity Practice Head (CCSPH) is a critical leader in achieving commercial outcomes for Firesoft People by defining the technical and strategic cybersecurity direction of the organization. This role emphasizes technical expertise in cybersecurity, focusing on driving commercial outcomes across all product and service lines, innovation, strategic guidance according to market trends and competition, leading product development across all practices, pricing, and input to the development of their cybersecurity platform.

  • Commercial Leadership: Drive commercial success through innovative solutions and strategic partnerships.
  • Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the technical and strategic cybersecurity direction of Firesoft People.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a high-performing team that delivers exceptional results.
  • Ai Cyber Platform Development: Contribute to the development of the industry-first AI-based Cybersecurity platform.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
  • Innovation and Research: Stay ahead of emerging threats and technologies, applying insights to drive business value.
  • Technical Advisory and Advocacy: Provide expert advice and advocacy to stakeholders, ensuring seamless implementation of cybersecurity solutions.
  • Client Engagement and High-Level Consulting: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Risk Management and Technical Oversight: Ensure effective risk management and technical oversight of cybersecurity initiatives.
  • R&D Collaboration: Collaborate with research teams to stay at the forefront of cybersecurity innovations.
  • Reports and Collaborates with the Founder and CEO: Regularly report progress and collaborate on strategic decisions.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience and expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in technical leadership and innovation, and CISO roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in platform development and strategic project management.
  • A strong visionary with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of successful team collaboration and innovation.
  • Deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, including emerging threats and technologies.
