Join a supportive care team as a skilled caregiver where you will play an essential role in enhancing residents' well-being and quality of life.

As a key member of our Residential Care team, you will support residents with their daily living, social, and emotional needs, promoting dignity, respect, and independence. You will work collaboratively to deliver person-centred care that fosters a kind, respectful, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care including assistance with hygiene, grooming, dressing, and mobility
  • Support residents' participation in meaningful daily activities, promoting dignity and choice
  • Assist with the safe administration of medication in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with nursing, allied health, and management personnel
  • Contribute to infection prevention and workplace health and safety practices
  • Assist with mealtime support to ensure nutritional needs are met

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate III in Individual Support or Aged Care, experience working in an aged care setting, and excellent communication and organizational skills. They must be able to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate effectively with health professionals.
