About Our Role:

As a Multiskilled Carer, you'll play a vital role in supporting residents with daily living, emotional wellbeing, and social engagement.

You'll share responsibility for enhancing their quality of life, ensuring each individual feels valued, safe, and respected.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to relate to elderly customers with empathy and collaborate with health professionals.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care needs
  • Supporting residents in maintaining independence by assisting with activities and mobility aids
  • Completing accurate documentation and reporting relevant information
  • Maintaining effective workplace communication
  • Assisting with medication administration

Key Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (desirable)
  • Experience working in an aged care setting as a carer
  • Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Understanding of cognitive strategies and meeting mental and emotional health needs
