Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement best-practice frameworks, ensuring team alignment, risk mitigation, and consistent delivery across internal and external partners.
  • Manage complex projects and drive continuous improvement initiatives that align with evolving business priorities.
  • Commercial property experience with a strong understanding of profit and loss accounts, budget management, and financial performance.
  • Proven ability to manage outsourced service providers, ensuring alignment with business needs, service quality, and continuous improvement.
Requirements

Tertiary qualifications in a property or related discipline and/or demonstrable equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
