Senior Strategy Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Strategy Advisor to join our team. This role involves leading the development and implementation of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, guiding the creation and implementation of strategy frameworks, and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, implement, and monitor enterprise-wide strategic initiatives that respond to shifting environments and emerging opportunities.
  • Guide the creation and implementation of strategy frameworks and delivery plans that support decision-making at the executive level.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to support reporting, engagement, and collaboration with senior stakeholders to solve complex business problems.
  • Facilitate strategic planning processes and support business units in aligning with organizational goals.
  • Translate research and environmental scanning into actionable insights that shape strategic direction and inform decisions for senior leaders.

Requirements:
  • Strategically astute – anticipate and interpret change, evaluate strategic options, and align planning frameworks with business goals.
  • Outcome focused – proven experience in strategy development and performance reporting that drives measurable results.
  • A clear communicator and facilitator – prepare compelling briefs, facilitate executive discussions, and translate complexity into clarity.
  • Collaborative and influential – build strong relationships and influence diverse stakeholders to move strategy forward.
  • Conceptual and practical – turn strategic ideas into actionable plans that deliver impact.
  • Analytical and adaptive – bring structure to ambiguity, apply systems thinking, and confidently adjust plans in a changing environment.
  • Project-savvy – skilled in developing and tracking delivery plans, and monitoring progress to ensure impact.
  • Proactive and improvement-minded – take initiative, work collaboratively, and seek opportunities to enhance processes and performance.

What We Offer:
  • Salary Range: $129,464 - $142,665 + superannuation.
  • Location: Sydney, NSW or one of our other offices across NSW.
  • Employment Type: Full-time until December 2026.
