Strategic PR and Influencer Leader

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Account Manager to lead our public relations and influencer efforts. As a key member of the team, you will leverage your expertise in media relations to deliver exceptional results and manage strong relationships with clients and media professionals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the consumer PR and influencer space, with a thorough understanding of communication principles and techniques. A strong network of media contacts and excellent public speaking/presentation skills are also essential for this role.
In this position, you will partner with clients to provide reliable and timely updates on media outreach and influencer management. You will implement strategic earned and influencer campaign plans, proactively communicate any changing elements of campaigns, and oversee junior team members to implement specific PR and influencer strategies.
Apart from these core responsibilities, you will contribute to creating a positive work culture and lend your skills, capabilities, or knowledge to assist the client and agency in problem-solving. - Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic earned and influencer campaign plans for projects and annual programs.
- Partner with clients to provide reliable and timely updates on media outreach and influencer management.
- Oversee junior team members to implement specific PR and influencer strategies in response to client objectives, issues, or briefs.
- Proactively communicate any changing elements of campaigns and provide counsel and problem-solving.
- Contribute to creating a positive work culture and lend skills, capabilities, or knowledge to assist the client and agency in problem-solving.
- Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in consumer PR and influencer space with thorough knowledge of communication principles and techniques.
- Excellent working knowledge of media across all mediums and an active and expanding network of media contacts.
- Understanding of trends and news that may affect the PR industry, programs or clients.
- Strong public speaking/presentation skills and experience in new business pitching.
- Excellent time management skills, financial literacy and attention to detail.
