Role Overview

ArcTree is seeking a skilled Trade Sales and Logistics Person to join their dynamic team in Darwin. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics and delivering outstanding service and technical advice to customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
  • Provide technical advice and support to customers at the trade counter.
  • Liaise with colleagues and clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage store personnel and internal inventory pricing updates.
  • Interface with suppliers and participate in meetings.
  • Conduct creditor invoice checks and stocktakes.
  • Implement barcoding systems.

About You

We are looking for a results-driven practical sales and logistics person with extensive knowledge of industrial electrical products. You should have a proven track record of delivering timely work to a high-quality standard.

Requirements

  • Experience with industrial LV electrical switchgear, contactors, circuit breakers, control, and indication equipment.
  • Exposure to Schneider, NHP, and IPD LV electrical products.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
  • Organised, motivated, and systematic.
