Event Coordinator Role

The successful Event Coordinator will support our key client relationships by handling event logistics and planning. This role is perfect for a dynamic team player with a culture-driven mindset who can juggle multiple projects simultaneously.

As an Event Coordinator, you will work closely with our Event Director to turn creative ideas into reality. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing logistical support on-site and in the lead up to events
  • Working on integrated projects across various sectors
  • Problem-solving and collaborating with internal teams and external partners

To be successful in this role, you will need strong communication skills, attention to detail, and experience in sports events. You will have 4-5+ years of work experience, a solution-focused attitude, and proficiency in creating and presenting decks in PowerPoint and Microsoft tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support all aspects of client and project management, including status calls, agendas, and contact reports
  • Set up and manage critical paths, budget trackers, and operation manuals
  • Brief our creative team on design concepts and assist in developing briefing presentations for clients and suppliers
  • Create and foster relationships with internal and external partners, outside vendors, production houses, and talent managers
  • Manage event safety protocols, risk assessments, and supplier information required for legal documentation
  • Brief and manage event teams, building run sheets, and working into project timelines, budgets, briefs, and project statuses across multiple workstreams

This is a fixed-term contract from August 2025 to February 2026, based in Sydney.
