Senior Account Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Account Manager to join our team in Sydney. As a key member of our agency, you will work closely with the Strategy, Creative, and Production teams to deliver innovative and effective advertising campaigns for one of Australia's largest and most well-known brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Director and broader Account Management team in delivering integrated advertising projects from brief through to delivery
  • Manage fully integrated campaigns leveraging all disciplines, including advertising, CRM, and digital communications
  • Organize project resources, ensure tasks are completed within scope and timings, and contribute to strategic briefing and creative development
  • Proactively manage briefs, timelines, WIPs, job numbers, and estimates, and build positive working relationships with the wider agency team
  • Act as mentor to Account Managers and Account Executives, setting a positive example for team behavior, learning, and collaboration
  • Generate strategically sound ideas and fresh thinking that challenges the perception of the client brand in market

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a Senior Account Manager role within a Creative or Comms Agency environment
  • Experience in a multi-disciplinary team environment
  • Proven experience managing integrated campaigns and communications projects
  • Knowledge of Advertising: TV, radio, print production, sponsorships, and other emerging media, including digital, web, email, mobile
  • Passionate about great ideas, underpinned by commitment to delivery
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – a confident, credible presenter
