Chief Financial Officer Opportunity

As a Chief Financial Officer, you will oversee the financial operations of our organisation, driving strategic growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be a key member of the executive team and a trusted advisor in shaping and executing organisational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
  • Lead financial operations including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Oversee cash flow, capital structure, and investor relationships.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and robust risk management.
  • Drive IT strategy and systems integration to support digital transformation.
  • Provide leadership and development to finance, shared services, and IT teams.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team to support growth and commercial initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related field (Master's or CA/CPA).
  • 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in an executive or CFO-level role.
  • Proven experience leading finance, shared services, and IT functions.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulation, risk management, and compliance.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrated success in driving change, operational improvement, and profitability.
