
Supporting the CEO: A Key Administrative Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, including managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely delivery of documents and briefings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing proactive support to ensure seamless communication across the organization
- Acting as a liaison between senior leaders, employees, and external stakeholders
- Ensuring the Chief Executive Officer's visibility over daily operations and supporting the execution of CEO-driven initiatives
- Improving workflow and organizational efficiency
Required skills and qualifications include:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven experience as an executive assistant to a senior executive or CEO
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills
- Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Demonstrated ability to resolve conflicting priorities and negotiate deadlines
- Proficiency in technology solutions and problem-solving
