Client Manager - Private Clients | Sydney

We are seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our Private Clients Team based in Sydney.

The Client Manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to a key portfolio of Private Clients specializing in High Net Worth Personal Insurances. Ideally, you will have experience in both Personal and Commercial Lines.

Aon specializes in delivering best-in-class risk management solutions and has a strong presence across Australia, with representation in each State capital and a regional branch network.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Lead a diverse portfolio of Private Clients.
  • Manage key stakeholder relationships and enhance the client experience.
  • Identify development opportunities for your portfolio and design appropriate servicing solutions.
  • Develop new and profitable business within the Private Clients segment.
  • Contribute to the strategic direction of the Private Client business.
  • Achieve renewal and new business budget.

  • Experience working with Private Clients specializing in High Net Worth Personal Lines.
  • Exceptional client relationship management capabilities.
  • First-class communication and presentation skills.
  • A keen entrepreneurial spirit with demonstrated new business successes.
  • Strong technical understanding of a broad range of insurance products.
  • Ability to build leverage existing networks and develop new networks.
  • Organisational skills to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Tier 1 Qualification.
