This is an exciting opportunity to work with Aon, a leading company in the insurance industry, as a Client Executive, North Asia Portfolio. The role involves managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience, designing appropriate servicing solutions and insurance programs for their portfolio, and identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing key stakeholder relationships and enhancing the client experience
  • Designing appropriate servicing solutions and insurance programs for their portfolio
  • Managing essential interface with the administration support, claims and placement teams
  • Identifying revenue enhancement opportunities within a designated portfolio
  • Assisting on business development opportunities within new and existing accounts for all aspects of Aon offering

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in Mandarin (preferable) and English
  • Proven experience working on commercial or corporate accounts either as the portfolio manager or supporting a senior broker would be advantageous
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment
  • Ability to engage professionally with clients of a different cultural heritage, showing the requisite patience and resilience
  • Solid planning and organisational skills with a strong work ethic, attention to greater detail and ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Tier 1 or Diploma qualification is expected
