The Role

">

We are seeking a Customer Service Team Member to join our team at one of our stores. As a Customer Service Team Member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a high level of store presentation, and working collaboratively with your colleagues to achieve sales and service targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all customers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly and professionally;">
  • Maintaining a clean and safe shopping environment, including restocking shelves, facing merchandise, and ensuring that the store is tidy and well-presented;">
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales and service targets, sharing knowledge and ideas to drive business growth;">
  • Processing customer transactions efficiently and accurately, handling cash and credit card transactions, and maintaining accurate records;">
  • Assisting with visual merchandising, including setting up displays and replenishing stock;">
  • Participating in inventory management, including counting stock, reporting discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records;">
  • Engaging with customers to understand their needs and preferences, building relationships and driving loyalty;">
