We have an opportunity for a sponsorship administrator who will report to the head of national sponsorships.

The key objectives for this role are to support the retention of current sponsors and supporters through project management of key deliverables across the business, and to assist with the growth of the sponsorship portfolio through identification, onboarding and activation of new sponsors in alignment with fundraising targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a pipeline of sponsorship opportunities in line with business objectives.
  • Managing all contracted deliverables associated with sponsorships.
  • Producing reports, case studies and renewal proposals that highlight sponsorship ROI and reflect evolving partner objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal departments to design innovative sponsor opportunities and maximise sponsor value.
  • Attending networking events and assisting with Careflight's events.
  • Assisting with the development of team processes to support long term growth.
  • Organising and managing activations and key events from planning to delivery and measurement.

About you

The sponsorship administrator is a key member of the fundraising team and will help drive strategic sponsorship initiatives that deliver commercial value, enhance brand exposure, and foster long-term relationships.

This role is ideal for a dynamic individual who thrives on juggling multiple projects and managing client expectations with finesse.

To be successful in this role you will have the following:

  • Demonstrated experience working for a not-for-profit preferably in sponsorship and commercial fundraising.
  • Account management experience, activating sponsor deliverables with creativity, discipline and a high level of attention to detail.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills, capable of juggling multiple timelines and priorities.
  • Collaborative personality with the ability to engage and build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • High level written and verbal communication skills.
  • A keen interest in negotiation methods.
  • A current driver's licence and availability for travel, night and weekend work.
  • Proficiency in using CRM platforms, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Canva.
  • An enthusiasm for working in a not-for-profit environment.
