The primary objective of this role is to develop and implement fundraising strategies that increase revenue and diversify income streams.

To achieve this goal, you will be responsible for managing events, multi-channel direct marketing campaigns, workplace giving, gifts in wills, and mid-value donor programs. You will have a direct report and work closely with the Fundraising Coordinator to deliver these initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing annual tax and Christmas appeals
  • Launching the gifts in wills program
  • Delivering mid-level giving, regular giving programs, and campaigns

You will also collaborate with the team to plan and execute a calendar of fundraising and stewardship events, including the Business Women's Lunch.

In order to excel in this position, you will need to possess:

  • A minimum of three years' experience in a similar fundraising role
  • A strong attention to detail, with excellent copywriting skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • An entrepreneurial approach with high agility
  • Experience with metrics-driven fundraising approaches (preferably using Raisers Edge)
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications
