Senior Customer Service Officer Role

The Senior Customer Service Officer will be responsible for leading our customer service team and providing exceptional support to our community.

  • Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and training to team members to ensure they meet the highest standards of customer service.
  • Manage daily team activities, including rosters and timesheets, to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Handle customer requests, inquiries, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Perform financial and administrative duties, such as processing payments and receipts, with high accuracy and attention to detail.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Current and valid Class C driver's licence.
  • Extensive experience in a diverse customer service environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in supervising staff and preparing rosters.
