Customer Service Excellence

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our customer service team and deliver exceptional service to our community. This role involves being the first point of contact for our customers, fostering a collaborative culture, and providing hands-on supervision, coaching, and training.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in person, over the phone, and online, ensuring timely and effective resolution of queries and issues.
  • Manage customer requests, inquiries, and complaints while maintaining a deep understanding of our policies and procedures.
  • Supervise daily team activities, including rostering and timesheet management.
  • Oversee financial and administrative duties, such as processing payments and receipts.
Essential Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in a similar customer-focused environment.
  • A current and valid class C driver's license.
  • Significant experience in customer service, dealing with difficult customers, and resolving complex issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and provide clear guidance.
  • Experience in supervising staff, preparing rosters, and contributing to a positive work environment.
