Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We have a part-time opportunity available in Corowa, working 20.25 hours per week. You will work 3 days per week on a rotating roster, with hours from 9:15am to 4:45pm, including a 45-minute lunch break.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
  • Utilize intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
  • Handle complex inquiries and adapt to diverse scenarios.
  • Maintain confidential information handling in line with organizational and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with teammates to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Commit to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with policy and procedural changes.

  • Provide seamless assistance in response to evolving situations.
Candidates Must Have

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Essential Training

This position requires a commitment to a mandatory intensive training program.
