The role of Senior Customer Service Officer is pivotal in ensuring a positive and professional experience for everyone. This highly skilled and motivated individual will be responsible for leading the Customer Service team, handling customer requests, inquiries, and complaints while maintaining a deep understanding of Council policies.
About the RoleThis senior officer will play a key role in providing hands-on guidance, coaching, and training to staff members. The individual will also manage daily team activities, handle customer engagement in person, over the phone, and online.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise staff and prepare rosters;
- Provide hands-on guidance, coaching, and training;
