Customer Service Representative Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.

This part-time opportunity will involve working 20.25 hours per week, with a rotating roster that includes weekends and public holidays. You will be required to work 3 days per week from 9:15am to 4:45pm, including a 45-minute lunch break.

A compulsory 4-week training program is required upon commencement, which involves working full-time hours temporarily. The training may be delivered off-site or on-site in Corowa.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and attention to detail.
  • Utilize intermediate computer skills across various operating systems.
  • Handle complex inquiries and adapt to diverse scenarios.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational and legal standards.
  • Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Commit to continuous learning and stay up-to-date with policy and procedural changes.
  • Operate effectively in a high-pressure, high-volume environment and manage customer expectations.
Essential Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in delivering exceptional customer service in diverse environments, including managing challenging interactions.
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures quickly.
  • Initiative in solving problems, improving methods and productivity; know when to seek guidance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and patience when interacting with diverse individuals.
  • Experience in cash receipting, cash handling and banking procedures.
