**About the Role: **

The Accounts Receivable Officer is a critical position within the Finance Department, responsible for ensuring seamless payment processing and allocation across the organisation. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Medical Billing and Financial Control, to achieve team and organisational goals.

This dynamic role requires strong communication skills, a desire to learn, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively to meet daily deadlines. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including patients, government entities, and commercial partners, to deliver results and drive business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Receipting, allocation, and reconciliation of payments
  • Collections, debtor management, and non-patient billing
  • Close collaboration with Medical Billing and Financial Control teams

**Requirements:**

  • High level interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately and effectively in a team environment
  • Accounts Receivable experience in a high volume environment
  • Technical understanding of credit and collections legislation
  • Proficiency in patient administration and billing systems
