Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Billing Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position that offers the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive environment.

The successful candidate will have relevant experience in aged care accounts receivables, including collections and/or billing, as well as previous experience with resident/patient information systems.

About You

  • Relevant experience in aged care accounts receivables (collections and/or billing)
  • Previous experience with resident/patient information systems
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to perform financial and business support functions, including basic accounting responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of high-quality aged care services by performing end-to-end billing duties and providing monthly statements of all fees payable
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure accurate and timely provision of centralized billing functions and maintenance of fees
