Job Title: Billing and Collections Team Lead

The Billing and Collections Team Leader will be responsible for delivering exceptional billing and collections services.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Lead and provide an exceptional billing and collections service in conjunction with the Billings and Collections Manager.
    • Efficiently manage internal and external stakeholder queries.
    • Coordinate billing and collections administration, providing support and mentorship to the team.
    • Contribute to leading a high-performing Billing and Collections department.

Requirements:

  • Relevant debt collection/accounts receivable experience.
  • Reporting and managing KPIs.
  • Previous healthcare experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and webPAS.
