We are seeking a seasoned and strategic business partner to drive organisational success across the business.

About the Role
  • The Senior People and Culture Business Partner is a pivotal position that combines expertise in people and culture partnering, workforce management and capability planning, and change management.
  • This role focuses on developing and implementing innovative workforce change strategies and engagement programs, leading the transformation and continuous improvement of people's practices in alignment with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing innovative workforce change strategies and engagement programs
  • Leading the transformation and continuous improvement of people's practices
  • Providing strategic advice and coaching to key stakeholders
  • Maintaining a strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
Requirements
