This role involves leading the development of business and process architectures that align with client strategies and market conditions.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Business Architect to lead discovery, design and delivery of business and process architectures. This role requires experience working across business operating models to align strategy to execution, as well as partnering with stakeholders.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing capability models, value stream and To Be operating models that align to client strategies and market conditions. They will also map organisation, process, data and system footprints to identify and address improvement opportunities.

  • Develop strategic roadmaps and solutions to drive business transformation and growth.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements and develop architecture artefacts.
  • Lead the development and implementation of business and process architectures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience with Business, Enterprise (Process) Architecture Framework(s) and their applications.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or related disciplines. Relevant business architecture training and certifications valued.
  • Demonstrated experience in process modelling, standards, notations, architecture and governance.
  • Demonstrable experience working alongside senior stakeholders and their teams to define/implement operating models for large enterprise.
