Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Transformation Lead to join our Digital & Transformation team in Melbourne on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is an exciting opportunity for a senior professional to play a key role in delivering a major transformation initiative. You will co-ordinate across product, development, change, training, and data migration through agile delivery, ensuring milestones are met and outcomes are high quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing agile projects in transformation environments, ideally within legal, shared services, or enterprise settings
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum/Kanban) and tools like JIRA and Confluence
  • Professional certifications in Project Management (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile (e.g. Scrum Master, CSP, SPC, ACP)
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional teams including product owners, business analysts, developers, testers, change managers, and training specialists
  • Exposure to data migration activities including cleansing, mapping, ETL, and validation
  • A track record of working with Change Management to support the business adoption strategies alongside development and rollout plans
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and drive alignment
  • A passion for agile delivery and continuous improvement
  • The ability to anticipate risks and resolve issues before they escalate
  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to team wellbeing
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail in documentation and reporting
  • Confidence in leading agile ceremonies and coaching teams on best practices
  • A calm and focused approach under pressure, especially during rollout phases
  • A drive to align project execution with broader organisational goals and values
