We are seeking a seasoned facilities professional to oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our office space.

**Job Summary:**

The Facilities Coordinator will be responsible for managing and supervising facility maintenance staff, including scheduling and delegation of tasks. They will also develop and implement a preventative maintenance program for all equipment and facilities, conducting regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage and supervise facility maintenance staff
  • Develop and implement a preventative maintenance program
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance and repair needs
  • Oversee the repair and maintenance of all equipment and facilities

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role and facilities management
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection
  • Demonstrated ability to manage staff, prioritize tasks, and develop and implement maintenance programs
