Maintenance Supervisor Position

We are seeking a highly skilled maintenance supervisor to lead and manage our multi-disciplined maintenance team.

The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining facilities while guiding the maintenance technician.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all preventive maintenance operations of our facilities.
  • Schedule repairs, maintain inventory, and develop procedures for preventive maintenance.
  • Liaise with contractors, vendors, inspectors, and government authorities.
  • Ensure timely compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Document and keep maintenance records for audits and accreditation.
  • Conduct regular inspections to detect and resolve problems.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in maintenance and management with excellent leadership abilities.
  • Jack-of-all-trades with in-depth knowledge of maintenance procedures and records keeping.
  • Skilled in areas including plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems, and basic tools and appliances.
  • A good problem solver with exceptional communication and organisational skills.
  • Good command of spoken and written English, computer literacy, and ability to work off hours.
  • Valid police check certificate, driver's license, and COVID-19 vaccination.

Please note that this position requires flexibility and adaptability. You must be willing to work outside regular working hours when necessary.
