  • Job Summary: The Facility Maintenance Manager oversees maintenance procedures, conducts regular inspections, and coordinates repairs and installations to maintain facility integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Implementing Maintenance Procedures
    • Create and update maintenance procedures to ensure efficient operations.
    • Oversee implementation and ensure compliance by maintenance staff.
  • Facility Inspections and Maintenance
    • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues and safety concerns.
    • Develop strategies to resolve problems and implement preventive measures.
  • Repairs and Installations
    • Plan and oversee repair and installation projects to maintain facility integrity.
    • Obtain quotes and timelines for work requiring qualified contractors.
  • Staff Management and Development
    • Allocate work assignments and supervise upkeep staff.
    • Provide guidance, training, and support to maintenance team members.
  • Inventory and Budget Management
    • Monitor equipment and supplies inventory.
    • Manage maintenance expenses within allocated budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Contractor Relationships and Reporting
    • Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.
    • Maintain accurate maintenance logs and records.
    • Generate regular reports on daily activities.
  • Health and Safety Compliance
    • Ensure maintenance activities comply with health and safety policies and regulations.
    • Implement safety measures to protect individuals on the premises.
  • Event Support and Emergency Response
    • Assist with event setup by coordinating maintenance tasks.
    • Respond to emergency situations promptly and appropriately to ensure safety and well-being.

  • Proven experience in maintenance management.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, equipment, and safety protocols.
