Service Coordinator Role Overview

The role of a Service Coordinator is essential to our organization's success. We are seeking an experienced professional who can effectively manage facilities maintenance services for retail banking and petroleum clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage work orders and job requests to meet customer expectations and internal performance indicators.
  • Monitor and control maintenance issues and coordinate efficient responses.
  • Manage facilities maintenance services, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and administrative tasks.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.
  • Receive and process incoming calls in a timely manner.
  • Assist with quotation processing.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in the company database.
  • Compile client reports and distribute them to relevant stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role within facilities maintenance, property management, real estate, logistics, or related fields.
  • Exceptional communication, multitasking, organizational, and time management skills.
  • A friendly and sociable personality.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Intermediate computer skills, particularly in MS Word and MS Excel.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed performance targets.
