About the Role

As a Site Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for attending to repairs and maintenance issues and ensuring the appearance of our sites is consistently high.

This is a casual position with potential for additional hours during peak periods. You will work independently, providing exceptional customer service and demonstrating high levels of motivation.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain tools, equipment, and machinery in good working condition
  • Regularly inspect and attend to general repairs to accommodation and amenities
  • Prioritize tasks to maintain sites at a high standard at all times
  • Perform various gardening tasks including pruning, weeding, hedging, and mowing
  • Evaluate and implement best practices for material usage, consumable management, and gardening equipment storage
  • Undertake tasks such as stripping beds, removing linen from villas, and cleaning exterior windows, decking, pathways, etc.

We seek an individual with previous experience in maintenance roles, a valid driver's license, ability to work autonomously, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
