**Job Description:**

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our site services department, you will be responsible for ensuring the presentation of our site is always at its best.

You will be responsible for providing a high level of cleaning, repairs, hygiene services, and general site maintenance duties to ensure high standards are maintained.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in maintaining a safe and efficient work environment, with excellent problem-solving skills and technical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the site
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks as required
  • Provide hygiene services and maintain a high level of housekeeping
  • Draft and implement site services work plans to deliver required outcomes
  • Coordinate and support contractors to safely and efficiently undertake projects
  • Improve the presentation, functionality, and performance of the site

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of gardening equipment and machinery
  • Current Forklift license and Elevated Working Permit (or willingness to obtain)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Demonstrated ability in service delivery, planning, and customer relations
  • Good problem-solving skills and technical aptitude

You will be based at our plant in Tumbarumba, NSW, which offers affordable living and a supportive community. The location is within 90 minutes' drive of Wagga Wagga & Albury.
