Job Title: Site Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment on our construction site. The successful candidate will have outstanding customer service skills and be able to work independently.

\

The role includes cleaning the builders' site office, lunch rooms, bathrooms, change rooms and all other associated amenities.

\

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Cleaning and disinfecting all areas including builders' site office, lunch rooms, bathrooms, change rooms and all other associated amenities\
  • Disinfecting all bathrooms, urinals and sinks\
  • Cleaning and maintaining kitchen areas, including electrical appliances\
  • Rubbish disposal to designated areas\
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels, chemicals and equipment\
  • Replenishing dispensable items such as hand towels, toilet rolls and soap/dispenser\
  • Ensuring all areas occupied are clean and tidy to the highest standard\
  • Completing specified tasks daily and conducting quality checks of all areas\
  • Ensuring all cleaning equipment is clean, maintained and securely stored\
  • Complying with company policies and WH&S regulations\
  • Adhering to construction site protocols and safety requirements\

Requirements:

  • Must have a Construction White Card\
  • Must have full working rights in Australia or would suit a Working holiday Visa\
  • Previous experience in a similar role essential\
  • Knowledge of workplace health & safety (WH&S) practices (training will be provided)\
  • Able to deliver consistent high-quality cleaning and attention to detail\
  • Professional manner with good communication skills\
  • Positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic\
  • Committed, punctual and reliable\
